REVISION PROCESS

A. The items that were not adequately addressed in the 1982 standards were
identified.

B. Other local and state agency standards were reviewed to insure that the new
standards would substantially comply with the generally accepted design and
construction standards in the region.

C. National standards were reviewed to insure that the new standards would
strictly comply with certain standards that are considered as industry
standards throughout the nation.

D. The final draft was reviewed by consulting engineers to determine if any
items were perceived as overly restrictive or unreasonable.

E.
