Louisville City Council Meeting <br />October 16, 2001 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Resolution No. 49, Series 2001 - A Resolution Approving the 2002 <br />Operating Plan and Budget of the Main Street Louisville Business <br />Improvement District <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br /> THE AGENDA <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1361, SERIES 2001 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE <br />17 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE, ENTITLED "ZONING", BY <br />REZONING AS AGRICULTURAL (A) APPROXIMATELY FOUR ACRES OF <br />LAND AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF DILLON <br />ROAD AND SOUTH 104TM STREET - 2na reading - public hearing (advertised <br />Daily Camera 5/12/01 - continued from 9/18/01) <br /> <br />Davidson called for City Attorney introduction. <br /> <br />City Attorney Light read Ordinance No. 1361, Series 2001. <br /> <br />MOTION: Howard moved that Council continue Ordinance No. 1361, Series 2001 to <br />November 20, 2001, seconded by Sisk. <br /> <br />City Administrator Simmons reported that Ordinance No. 1361, Series 2001, has been <br />continued several times. He noted that Staff is in the process of preparing conservation <br />easements and scheduling meetings with the two property owners. He stated that the <br />Planning Commission has reviewed this matter and is waiting for the conservation <br />easements to forward a recommendation to Council. Simmons stated that he has <br />requested that the Planning Commission begin the zoning review. In that respect, the <br />Council could then review the conservation easements and the zoning at the same time. <br /> <br />Sisk asked Planning Director Wood if the applicants are in concurrence with the <br />continuance to November 20, 2001. Wood stated his understanding that the applicants <br />are in concurrence with the continuance. <br /> <br />VOTE ON THE MOTION: All in favor. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
