Taylor Ave. <br /> <br /> <br />Russ reviewed the Administrative Special Review Use for the Community Food <br />Share at 650 S. Taylor Ave. <br />Russ led the following discussion of the US 36 Phase II and McCaslin Interchange <br />project. He reviewed the six (6) original options: Dual Left, Divergent Diamond, <br />Roundabout Terminal, Single Point Diamond, Wide Split Diamond and Tight Split <br />Diamond. Three alternatives were advanced for detailed analysis: Roundabout on <br />the North Ramp Terminal, Dual Northbound left turn lanes, and Divergent Diamond <br />Interchange (DDI). He concluded with a discussion of the DDI. <br />Additional discussion followed regarding the Davidson Mesa Underpass (Overlook <br />Underpass) and the Washington/McCaslin Underpass. <br />The following items are scheduled for the August 9, 2012. <br />tentatively <br /> <br />Gravity Brewing – 1150 Pine Street, A request to allow Gravity Brewing <br /> <br />to wholesale and distribute beer in a Commercial Community (CC) zone <br />district requiring a special review. <br /> <br /> Applicant, Owner and Representative: Gravity Brewing LLC, John Frazee <br /> <br /> Case Manager: Scott Robinson, Planner I <br />Staff summarized the request for the public hearing item, Gravity Brewing, scheduled <br />for the August 9, 2012 meeting. <br />Items Tentatively Scheduled for a Special Meeting: August 23, 2012 <br /> <br />2012 Comprehensive Plan Update <br /> <br />rd <br /> <br />Russ reminded the Commissioners of the special meeting set for August 23. <br />Adjourn <br /> <br />Tengler moved and O’Connell seconded a motion to adjourn the meeting.
