<br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />September 13, 2007 <br />Page 8 of 8 <br /> <br />McA vinew and Pritchard stated their concern with the flashing lights and need for some <br />vegetation trimming around those lights so a motorist can see the signs. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Comments <br />Loo provided information about the Louisville Middle School renovation stating an open house <br />will be held on September 18 with the purpose of discussing the proposed plans. <br /> <br />Lipton identified a fence along McCaslin adjacent to the Enclave Subdivision that needs to be <br />repaired. Pritchard briefly discussed the fence problem and requested staff to look into it to <br />determine responsibility for fence repair. <br /> <br />McAvinew discussed the need for another dead tree to be removed from the corner of Lois and <br />Hoover. He stated that the City had removed some of the trees last year but there is another tree <br />that is need to removal. <br /> <br />Pritchard discussed a parking problem with vehicles at a home on Walnut behind the <br />Thunderbird Barber Shop. The cars are never moved. <br /> <br />Deborski noted the newly installed stop sign on Dahlia and stated it appears to be very effective. <br /> <br />Discussion Items for Next Meeting <br />None heard. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br />Loo moved and Deborski seconded a motion to adjourn the meeting. Lipton adjourned the <br />meeting at 8: 15 PM. <br />
