He would like to see more regional context: illustrate Lafayette to the
north, development to the west across the tracks, and perhaps include some of North End. He
requested some color in the packets to illustrate the different Plan Areas, parks, etc. (something
similar to what was used in the presentation).

Pritchard stated he liked the presentation, would also like to see more regional context, not
worried about the affordable housing, the layout is strong and well presented and they followed
the recommendation of the Comp Plan. He expressed concern with the HWY traffic.

McA vinew stated it was a great presentation, well done. He also supports the development.

Sheets stated her appreciation to following the Comp Plan and expressed concerns with the
connectivity to the region. She is not concerned with affordable housing but would like to see
more mixed price point properties. She generally supports the plan.

Deborski thanked the applicant for following the recommendation of the Comp Plan and staying
true to the density.

Pritchard moved and Deborski seconded a motion to continue Resolution No. 23, Series 2007 to
the October 11, 2007.
