<br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />October 11 , 2007 <br />Page 5 of 6 <br /> <br />Lipton discussed his concern with the potential traffic problems but does not know what to do to <br />change it. He stated he has less concern about the density and how it has been planned for the <br />site. He thanked the applicant for the presentation and how they have addressed the issues <br />identified by the Commission. <br /> <br />Loo also thanked the applicants for their outstanding presentation. She stated they had heard <br />what the commission had said in previous hearings and then addressed the concerns. She also <br />stated that the development will probably bring in more young families to the community which <br />will help the community maintain the current schools. <br /> <br />Dalton stated his support of the project. <br /> <br />Sheets discussed her support of the project and two concerns: traffic and access to the <br />commercial property along HWY 42. <br /> <br />Dalton moved and Hartman seconded a motion to approve Resolution No. 23, Series 2007 the <br />Takoda Village GDP, preliminary subdivision plat and preliminary PUD as presented by staff <br />with the exception of deleting Condition #12 in the original resolution. <br /> <br />Name Vote <br />Jeff Lipton Yes <br />Chris Pritchard Yes <br />Susan S.
