Case Manager: Sean McCartney, Principal Planner <br /> <br />Dalton and Pritchard stated they would not be able to attend the November 8,2007 meeting. <br /> <br />Lipton expressed his interest and desire to have future applicants present a quality product of a <br />similar quality of excellence as has been done by the group with Takoda. <br /> <br />Dalton noted his agreement with the idea but also recognized that some of the projects are not of <br />the same scale. He then suggested that at a minimum the use of color is an important attribute. <br /> <br />Staff Comments <br />Wood discussed the fence at the Enclave and the fact it is not the responsibility of the City to <br />maintain. He informed the Commission of his awareness of some auto services that have been <br />established along HWY 42. He continued by stating that staff, including Planning and Code <br />Enforcement, will be addressing how to handle these concerns in the future. <br /> <br />Lipton requested these concerns be added to a future joint work session with City Council. <br /> <br />Wood stated the work session would probably be scheduled after the elections. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Comments - None heard. <br /> <br />Discussion Items for Next Meeting - None heard. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br />Pritchard moved and Loo seconded a motion to adjourn the meeting. Lipton adjourned the <br />meeting at 7: 10 PM. <br />
