Louisville City Council Meeting <br />December 17, 2002 <br />Page 6 <br /> <br />Levihn stated water rates were discussed at a work session and City Staff has created the <br />water rate structure based on Council's input. He suggested that Council vote on either <br />Option 1 or 2. He noted the rate structure could be reviewed next year. <br /> <br />MOTION: Sisk moved that Council approve Resolution No. 47, Series 2002, <br />Residential and Non-Residential Option I, seconded by Van Pelt. Roll call vote was <br />taken. The motion passed by a vote of 6-0. Keany absent. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 48, SERIES 2002 - A RESOLUTION APPROVING A <br />SPECIAL REVIEW USE FOR IN BALANCE FITNESS AT 305 MCCASLIN <br />BOULEVARD, LOT 104, CENTURY OFFICE PARK <br /> <br />Davidson asked Council if they wished to have a Staff and Applicant presentation on <br />Resolution No. 48, Series 2002. It was the consensus of Council that a presentation was <br />not necessary. <br /> <br />Davidson asked if anyone in the audience wished to speak for or against Resolution No. <br />48, Series 2002. There were no comments. <br /> <br />MOTION: Brown moved that Council approve Resolution No. 48, Series 2002, <br />seconded by Sisk. Roll call vote was taken. The motion passed by a vote of 6-0. Keany <br />absent. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1408, SERIES 2002 - AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A <br />BOUNDARY LINE ADJUSTMENT AGREEMENT AND, IN CONNECTION <br />THEREWITH, THE EXECUTION OF A QUIT CLAIM DEED AND VACATION <br />OF A PORTION OF AN ALLEY RIGHT-OF-WAY WITHIN THE JEFFERSON <br />PLACE SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE - 1sT READING - SET <br />PUBLIC HEARING 1/21/03 <br /> <br />Davidson called for City Attorney introduction. <br /> <br />City Attorney Light read Ordinance No. 1408, Series 2002. <br /> <br />MOTION: Davidson moved that Council send out Ordinance No. 1408, Series 2002 for <br />publication and set a public hearing for January 21, 2003, seconded by Sisk.
