City Council Meeting Minutes May 7, 2013 Page 2 of 16 Linda Armantrout, 443 E. Raintree Court, Louisville, CO requested as a follow -up to her December 7, 2012 letter, City Council study sessions on December 11, February 12 and March 12, 2013 plus the pending June 1, 2013 expiration of Ordinance No. 1109, that the City Council reauthorize an ordinance dedicating the building as the Louisville Center for the Arts for the next twenty years. APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA MOTION: Mayor Muckle requested the following two amendments to the April 16, 2013 minutes: Correction to comments made by Council member Loo and adding the presentation of the CAC Survey summary. He moved to approve the consent agenda, with the amendments to the April 16, 2013 minutes. Council member Jasiak seconded the motion. All were in favor. A. Approval of Bills B. Approval of April 16, 2013 Minutes C. Award Bid 2013 Utility Project D. Approval of Memorandum of Understanding for US 36 Bus Rapid Transit/Managed Lanes Project E. Approval of Resolution No. 21, Series 2013 — A Resolution Approving a Final Planned Unit Development to Allow for the Construction of a 40,339 Square Foot Building Consisting of Warehouse and Accessory Office Space on Lot 11, of the CTC Filing 2 Subdivision F. Approve Howard Ditch Cooperation Agreement with Eldora Enterprises, LLC G. Approve Howard Ditch Cooperative Agreement with Cynthia and Richard Johnson H. Approve Agreement with Hatch Mott Macdonald, LLC for Reservoir Water Quality Study COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA Council member Jasiak reported on the success of the season's first Friday Downtown Art Walk. She noted there was a Cinco de Mayo celebration, which included dancers. She commended the downtown shop owners. Mayor Muckle also commended the shop owners for their participation in the Friday Downtown Art Walk. CITY MANAGER'S REPORT City Manager Fleming reported on the on -going discussion with various arts associations relative to the Louisville Center for the Arts. He did not anticipate any change in the manner the Arts Center is used. Staff met with the members on April 30 to discuss a proposed Art Center Use Policy. The goal is to have the policy in place by June.
