City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />May 7, 2013 <br />Page 2 of 16 <br />Linda Armantrout, 443 E. Raintree Court, Louisville, CO requested as a follow -up to her <br />December 7, 2012 letter, City Council study sessions on December 11, February 12 <br />and March 12, 2013 plus the pending June 1, 2013 expiration of Ordinance No. 1109, <br />that the City Council reauthorize an ordinance dedicating the building as the Louisville <br />Center for the Arts for the next twenty years. <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />MOTION: Mayor Muckle requested the following two amendments to the April 16, 2013 <br />minutes: Correction to comments made by Council member Loo and adding the <br />presentation of the CAC Survey summary. He moved to approve the consent agenda, <br />with the amendments to the April 16, 2013 minutes. Council member Jasiak seconded <br />the motion. All were in favor. <br />A. Approve Howard Ditch Cooperation Agreement with Eldora <br />Enterprises, LLC <br />G. Approve Howard Ditch Cooperative Agreement with Cynthia and <br />Richard Johnson <br />H. Approve Agreement with Hatch Mott Macdonald, LLC for Reservoir <br />Water Quality Study <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Council member Jasiak reported on the success of the season's first Friday Downtown <br />Art Walk. She noted there was a Cinco de Mayo celebration, which included dancers. <br />She commended the downtown shop owners. Mayor Muckle also commended the shop <br />owners for their participation in the Friday Downtown Art Walk. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Fleming reported on the on -going discussion with various arts <br />associations relative to the Louisville Center for the Arts. He did not anticipate any <br />change in the manner the Arts Center is used. Staff met with the members on April 30 <br />to discuss a proposed Art Center Use Policy. The goal is to have the policy in place by <br />June. <br />
