Louisville City Council Meeting <br />March 5, 2002 <br />Page 12 <br /> <br />Simmons stated that the downtown directional signage has been approved and will be <br />contracted for manufacture. He estimated an approximate cost ranging between $6,000 <br />and $7,000. He reported that on the entryway features on Main and South Boulder Road, <br />and Pine and Highway 42, a consultant has been retained and has met with Staff. He <br />noted that a representative of the Downtown Business Association was invited to attend <br />that meeting. He stressed that they are moving forward as quickly as possible. <br /> <br />Davidson commented on the recent investigation of a methamphetamine lab operation in <br />Louisville and emphasized that Louisville has an extremely low crime rate. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council adjourn (8:16 p.m.), seconded by Keany.
