Local Licensing Authority <br />Minutes <br />April 22, 2013 <br />Page 4 of 5 <br />Rommelfanger called for persons wishing to speak in favor of the application. <br />Hearing none, he called for opposition to the application and hearing none, asked <br />the applicant for any final comments. <br /> <br />Mr. Howland thanked the Authority for their consideration of the application. <br /> <br />Rommelfanger closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Authority Attorney Light suggested items the Authority might include in the <br />motion to clarify intent, if they chose to approve. The Authority agreed to include <br />the conditions in the motion for approval. <br /> <br />Rommelfanger moved the Local Licensing Authority of the City of Louisville <br />find the applicant is of good moral character, the inhabitants of the <br />neighborhood desire the license be granted, the license will meet the <br />reasonable requirements of the neighborhood, all City and State law <br />requirements have been met and, based on these findings, the Local <br />Licensing Authority approve issuance of a Brew Pub liquor license for Twelve <br />Degree Brewing LLC d/b/a Twelve Degree Brewing with the following <br />conditions: <br />1. Provide documentation demonstrating consent of the landlord to use <br />the hallway for the purpose of transporting alcohol to the 280 square foot <br />patio on the north side of the building. <br /> <br />2. No service, sale, or consumption of liquor is permitted in the hallway. <br /> <br />3. Promptly after the removal of the temporary sidewalk patio at the <br />conclusion of the 2013 downtown patio season, applicant shall process a <br />modification of premises application to remove said patio from the <br />permanent licensed premises. <br />Carlson seconded. All in favor. <br /> <br />Police Department Reports <br /> <br />A. Incident Report – La Revolucion <br /> <br />This incident involves the licensee failing to pay City sales tax and the <br />Authority at last month’s meeting moved this report be included on the <br />agenda to reconsider. Rommelfanger asked if there was any new <br />information. Hanson reported a trial had been set on the municipal <br />summons. Authority Attorney Light said he could provide options to the <br />Authority, but would wait for their discussion. <br /> <br />Rommelfanger suggested a show cause order could be issued or the <br />Authority could consider the report again at their next meeting. Authority <br />members discussed the matter and felt they should give the licensee more
