City Attorney Sam Light read Ordinance No. 1376, Series 2002. Davidson opened the public hearing. Davidson reported that the Planning Commission has not considered Ordinance Nos. 1376 and 1377 due to a lack of a quorum at their April 23, 2002 meeting. The ordinances will be brought before the Planning Commission at their May 14, 2002 meeting. MOTION: Davidson moved that Council continue the public hearing on Ordinance No. 1376, Series 2002 to May 21, 2002, seconded by Sisk. All in favor. ORDINANCE NO. 1377, SERIES 2002 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17.28 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE PROCEDURES FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW OF REQUESTS FOR EXTENSION OF THE TIME LIMIT ON APPROVALS OF FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLANS FOR COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL PUDS - 2nd reading - public hearing continued from 4/16/02 (advertised Daily Camera 3/09/02) Davidson called for City Attorney introduction.
