Carlson made a motion to approve the agenda. Machado seconded. <br />All in favor. <br /> <br />Authority Business <br />A. Recommendations and Input on an Ordinance Amending Title <br /> 5 of the Louisville Municipal Code to Adopt Regulations Regarding <br /> Business Licensing and Operational Requirements for Retail <br /> Marijuana Establishments <br /> <br />Rommelfanger stated he would like to address each of the items presented by <br />staff for discussion and recommendation to Council. <br />- Will the application fee received from the state be sufficient Members asked <br />if the application fees were established by the State. Authority Attorney <br />Culley confirmed the state set the application fees and the local jurisdictions
