Sycamore Circle, Louisville, CO pointed out there is <br />technology, which provides trouble tracking systems. He noted a GPS tracking <br />device could monitor the status of the street lights in the City of Louisville. <br />MOTION: Councilor Sackett moved to approve Ordinance No. 1527, Series <br />2007, seconded by Councilor Clabots. <br />City Attorney Light reviewed tlhe amendment in Section 2 and noted the <br />ordinance will go into effect 30 days after its final publication. Councilor Sackett <br />and Clabots accepted the amendment. <br />VOTE: Roll call vote was taken. The motion carried by a vote of 7-0. <br />ORDINANCE No. 1529, SERIES 2007 - AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE <br />VACATION OF TWO EMERGENCY ACCESS EASEMENTS LOCATED <br />WITHIN LOTS 1 AND 14, BLOCK 5, COLORADO TECHNOLOGICAL CENTER <br />- FIRST FILING WITHIN 'THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE - 15t Reading -Set <br />Public Hearing for December 18, 2007 <br />Mayor Sisk requested a City Attorney introduction. <br />City Attorney Light read Ordiniance No. 1529, Series 2007. <br />MOTION: Mayor Sisk moved to approve Ordinance No. 1529, Series 2007 on <br />first reading, send it out for publication and set a public hearing for December 18, <br />2007, seconded by Councilor Clabots. All in favor. <br />RESOLUTION No. 66, SERIES 2007 - A RESOLUTION APPROVING A <br />SPECIAL REVIEW USE (SRU) TO ALLOW A 2,500 SF SPACE TO BE <br />DEDICATED FOR MUSIC, ART, DANCE, AND DRAMA CESSIONS AT 901 <br />FRONT STREET <br />Mayor Sisk requested a Staff presentation. <br />Planning Director Wood repoirted the applicant Kokoplaza 1, LLC, Arlin Lehman, <br />has applied for a Special Review Use to authorize a 2,500 SF space to be <br />dedicated for music, art, dance, and drama lessons at 901 Front Street. The <br />subject area is being proposed on the lower level of the building. According to <br />the Louisville Municipal Code, this type of use requires a Special Review Use in <br />all zone categories in the City of Louisville. <br />The applicant is requesting approval of an art studio in an existing building, <br />located at 901 Front Street. The art studio will utilize approximately 2,500 SF of <br />
