City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />September 17, 2013 <br />Page 15 of 15 <br />strategies and the executive session include the City Council, City Manager, Planning <br />Director, Economic Development Director and City Attorney, seconded by Mayor Pro <br />Tem Dalton. All were in favor. Absent: Council member Loo. <br />The Council adjourned to executive session at 9:50 p.m. and reconvened the regular <br />meeting at 10:30 p.m. <br />REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS CONTINUED <br />CITY ATTORNEY REPORT — REAL PROPERTY <br />ACQUISITIONS AND DISPOSITIONS <br />City Attorney Light reported in executive session the City Council considered strategies <br />for real property acquisitions and dispositions, but only as to appraisals and other value <br />estimates and strategies for negotiations. Staff was given Council direction and will <br />proceed with negotiations strategies. He noted if negotiations are successful, a contract <br />for sale or purchase of property would be brought back before Council consideration in <br />an open meeting. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />No items to report. <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS, COMMITTEE REPORT, AND IDENTIFICATION OF FUTURE <br />AGENDA ITEMS <br />Mayor Muckle stated the Council will certainly have to discuss the flood damage. <br />Council member Jasiak suggested those discussion include the use of Open Space <br />Funds to replace the Coal Creek Trail. <br />ADJOURN <br />MOTION: Council Keany moved for adjournment, seconded by Mayor Muckle.
