City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />September 17, 2013 <br />Page 14 of 15 <br />Robinson stated the Historic Preservation has not discussed the reimbursement. Mayor <br />Muckle explained this is a financial decision for the City Council and does not <br />necessarily require a Historic Preservation Commission recommendation. <br />MOTION: Mayor Muckle moved to reimburse Olde Town Group in the amount of <br />$18,532.92, seconded by Council member Jasiak. Roll call vote was taken. The <br />motion carried by a vote of 5 -1. Council member Sackett voted no. Absent: Council <br />member Loo. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />1. REAL PROPERTY ACQUISITIONS AND DISPOSITIONS (Louisville Charter, <br />Section 5 -2(c) — Authorized Topics — Consideration of real property acquisitions <br />and dispositions, only as to appraisals and other value estimates and strategy, <br />and C.R.S. 24 -6 -402 (a)) <br />City Manager is Requesting the City Council Convene an Executive Session for <br />the Purpose of Consideration of Potential Real Property Acquisition and <br />Disposition — Parcels of Real Property in Louisville <br />REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS SUSPENDED <br />City Attorney Light explained the City Manager is requesting the City Council convene <br />an executive Session for the purpose of consideration of real property acquisitions and <br />dispositions regarding real property in the Louisville, but only as to appraisals and other <br />value estimates and strategy <br />City Clerk Varra read Section 2.90.050 public statement from the Louisville Municipal <br />Code, which governs the topics discussed in an executive session. <br />City Attorney Light stated the authority for conducting an executive session is the <br />Louisville Charter, Section 5 -2(c) - Authorized Topics — Consideration of real property <br />acquisitions and dispositions, only as to appraisals and other value estimates and <br />C.R.S. 24- 6- 402(4)(a) under the Colorado Open Meetings Law. The City Manager is <br />requesting an executive session on two matters; 1) The acquisition of real property and <br />2) The Disposition of a City property for sale. He requested two motions. <br />MOTION: Mayor Muckle moved the City Council convene an executive session for the <br />consideration of real property acquisitions of property located in the City, but only as to <br />appraisals and other value estimates and discussions of strategies and the executive <br />session include the City Council, City Manager, Planning Director, Economic <br />Development Director and City Attorney, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Dalton. All were <br />in favor. Absent: Council member Loo. <br />MOTION: Mayor Muckle moved the City Council convene an executive session for the <br />consideration of the potential sale of real property owned by the City and located in the <br />Louisville, but only as to appraisals and other value estimates and discussion of <br />
