RenewalApplication –Eat Drink, LLC d/b/a Empire Restaurant & Lounge –Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License –816 Main Street Rommelfanger called for any changes to the consent agenda. Carlsonmoved the consent agenda be approved. Wilsonseconded. All in favor. Consent agenda approved. I.Authority Business A.Public Hearing –New Beer and Wine License –Forgotten Ink LLC d/b/a Inks and Drinks –1075 South Boulder Road #110 Rommelfanger opened the public hearing on the new license application. Secretary Hanson stated the application was complete and included in the Authority packet. Background checks revealed no criminal history and the hearing had been posted and published in accordancewith state law. Chairperson Rommelfanger asked for any Authority member disclosures. Hearing none, Rommelfanger stated the boundaries of the neighborhood had been set as the current boundaries of the City of Louisville. He asked if there were any objections to those boundaries. No objections were entered. Rommelfanger moved the entire application as contained in the Authority packets be made a part of the record of this hearing. Carlson seconded. All in favor. Rommelfanger asked for an applicantpresentation. Neysa Cromer, whose business address will be 1074 South Boulder Road, Louisville, CO introduced herself to the Authority and took the oath. She stated she wished to open a painting party studio and have beer and wine available to patrons of the studio. She reported beer and wine service would be monitored by trusted bartenders. Chairperson Rommelfanger asked if any members of the audience wished to speak in favor of the applicant. Hearing none, Rommelfanger called for any members of the audience wishing to speak in opposition. Hearing none, he asked if the applicant had a closing statement. Ms. Cromer did not have a closing statement.
