RenewalApplication –Eat Drink, LLC d/b/a Empire Restaurant & <br /> Lounge –Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License –816 Main Street <br />Rommelfanger called for any changes to the consent agenda. Carlsonmoved <br />the consent agenda be approved. Wilsonseconded. All in favor. Consent <br />agenda approved. <br /> <br />I.Authority Business <br />A.Public Hearing –New Beer and Wine License –Forgotten Ink LLC <br />d/b/a Inks and Drinks –1075 South Boulder Road #110 <br />Rommelfanger opened the public hearing on the new license application. <br />Secretary Hanson stated the application was complete and included in the <br />Authority packet. Background checks revealed no criminal history and the <br />hearing had been posted and published in accordancewith state law. <br />Chairperson Rommelfanger asked for any Authority member disclosures. <br />Hearing none, Rommelfanger stated the boundaries of the neighborhood had <br />been set as the current boundaries of the City of Louisville. He asked if there <br />were any objections to those boundaries. No objections were entered. <br />Rommelfanger moved the entire application as contained in the Authority packets <br />be made a part of the record of this hearing. Carlson seconded. All in favor. <br />Rommelfanger asked for an applicantpresentation. <br />Neysa Cromer, whose business address will be 1074 South Boulder Road, <br />Louisville, CO introduced herself to the Authority and took the oath. She stated <br />she wished to open a painting party studio and have beer and wine available to <br />patrons of the studio. She reported beer and wine service would be monitored <br />by trusted bartenders. <br />Chairperson Rommelfanger asked if any members of the audience wished to <br />speak in favor of the applicant. Hearing none, Rommelfanger called for any <br />members of the audience wishing to speak in opposition. Hearing none, he <br />asked if the applicant had a closing statement. Ms. Cromer did not have a <br />closing statement. <br /> <br />
