Local Licensing Authority <br />Minutes <br />October 28, 2013 <br />Page 3of 4 <br />Chairperson Rommelfanger closed the public hearing and called for member <br />discussion. Hearing no further discussion, he called for a motion. <br />Wilson moved the Local Licensing Authority of the City of Louisville find the <br />applicant is of good moral character, the inhabitants of the neighborhood desire <br />the license be granted, the license will meet the reasonable requirements of the <br />neighborhood, all City and State law requirements have been met and, based on <br />these findings, the Local Licensing Authority approve issuance of a Beer and <br />WineLiquor License for Forgotten Ink LLCdoing business as Inks and Drinks. <br />Carlsonseconded. All in favor. <br />Authority members welcomed Ms. Cromer to Louisville and wished her luck with <br />the business. <br />B. Public Hearing –Change of Location –In Season LLC d/b/a In Season <br />(staff requests continuance to <br />Local Market –924 Main St. <br />November 25, 2013meeting) <br />Carlson moved the Authority continue the public hearing for a change of location <br />for In Season LLC d/b/a In Season Local Market at 924 Main Street to the next <br />Authority meeting to be held on November 25, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. Lipton <br />seconded. All in favor. Hearing continued. <br /> C. Modification of Premises and Registration of Manager –Blue <br /> Parrot, Inc. d/b/a Blue Parrot Café –Hotel and Restaurant Liquor <br /> License –640 Main Street <br />Lipton commented the addition of the outdoor deck seemed like a good idea. <br />Secretary Hanson reported when the renewal application for this <br />establishment was filed with her, she noteda different manager was listed. <br />She asked the establishment to file the proper paperwork and they have <br />complied. <br />Lipton moved the Authority approve the modification of premises and the <br />registration of the manager for the Blue Parrot Café. Machado seconded. <br />All in favor. <br />Police Department Reports <br />No reports <br />Secretary’s Report <br />Hanson reported State Liquor Enforcement had been in town doing compliance <br />checks for serving to a minor. Five establishments in Louisville were in violation. <br /> <br />
