The City's Arts and Special Events Coordinator will assist the governing board by maintaining the master
calendar, answering inquiries, and coordinating the care and maintenance of the facility.
Fees for facility usage shall be reviewed annually with the LCC and approved annually through City
Council Resolution. Revenue from Arts Center rental, user, and recreation fees will be reported annually
to the LCC. The current fees are as follows:
a. Louisville Cultural Council — no fee. This subsidy reflects the LCC's status as an advisory group
appointed by the City Council.
b. Resident Arts Organizations -- $1,500 per calendar year, but no charge for hourly usage.
c. City of Louisville programs — no fee. Contractors who conduct programs for the City shall pay
30% of program fees (or gross revenue) to the City of Louisville.
d. Public rentals— market rate: $35 /hour residents; $45 /hour non - residents.
e. Non - Resident Non - Profit Arts Organizations — market rate. A discount from market rate may
be available to organizations who seek to provide cultural programming not currently on offer
at the Arts Center. Organizations who meet this criteria may apply to the LCC who will
determine eligibility.
