<br />If~LP <br /> <br />appropriate management plan: The plan ahall <br />include but not limited to: THE CITY WILL <br />EVALUATE, AT LEAST ONCE EVERY TWO YEARS, <br />WHETHER EACH SIGNIFICANT INDUSTRIAL USER NEEDS <br />A PLAN TO CONTROL SLUG DISCHARGES. FOR <br />PURPOSES OF THIS SUBSECTION, A SLUG DISCHARGE <br />IS ANY NON-ROUTINE, EPISODIC NATURE, INCLUDING <br />BUT NOT LIMITED TO, AN ACCIDENTAL SPILL OR A <br />NON-CUSTOMARY BATCH DISCHARGE. THE RESULTS OF <br />SUCH ACTIVITIES SHALL BE AVAILABLE TO THE <br />APPROVAL AUTHORITY UPON REQUEST. IF THE CITY <br />DECIDES THAT A SPILL MANAGEMENT PLAN IS <br />NEEDED, THE PLAN SHALL CONTAIN, AT A MINIMUM, <br />THE FOLLOWING ELEMENTS: <br /> <br />1. An ongoing inventory of the types and <br />quantities of pollutants used or stored <br />by the industrial user. <br /> <br />2 . A diagram of the process and storage <br />location(s) at the facility. <br /> <br />3. A diagram of the location(s) of the floor <br />drains to sanitary or storm sewers. <br /> <br />4. A description of the measures used to <br />prevent discharge to sanitary or storm <br />sewers. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />An outline of the <br />procedures followed <br />user. <br /> <br />spill <br />by an <br /> <br />prevention <br />industrial <br /> <br />6. A liat or outline of the emergency <br />reaponae and notification procedurea to <br />be folloyed in caae of accidental apilla. <br /> <br />7. A deacription of apill containment, <br />treatment, and diapoaal methods. <br /> <br />8. A deacription of the training procedurea <br />and training frequenciea for peraonnel <br />involved in handling, atoring, and <br />diapoaing of hazardoua pollutants. <br /> <br />6. IF THE CITY DEEMS IT TO BE NECESSARY, <br />PROCEDURES TO PREVENT ADVERSE IMPACT FROM <br />ACCIDENTAL SPILLS, INCLUDING INSPECTION <br />AND MAINTENANCE OF STORAGE AREAS, <br />HANDLING, AND TRANSFER OF MATERIALS, <br />LOADING AND UNLOADING OPERATIONS, CONTROL <br />OF PLANT SITE RUNOFF, WORKER TRAINING, <br /> <br />6 <br />
