Section 13.32.080 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code is amended by the addition of a new third paragraph to read: <br /> <br />The City may randomly sample and analyze the <br />effluent from industrial users and conduct <br />surveillance activities in order to identify, <br />independent of information supplied by the <br />industrial users, occasional and continuing <br />noncompliance with pretreatment standards, and <br />inspect and sample the effluent from each <br />significant industrial user at least once a year <br />pursuant to 40 CFR Section 403.8(f) (2) (v). <br /> <br />Section 17. All records relating to compliance <br />with applicable standards or requirements shall be <br />made available to officials of the EPA or Approval <br />Authority upon request, subject to any limitations <br />contained in State Statutes. <br /> <br />Section 18.
