Each day on which <br />noncompliance shall occur or continue shall be <br />deemed a separate and distinct violation. <br />Such assessments may be added to the user's <br />next scheduled sewer service charge and the <br />public works department shall have such other <br />collection remedies as they have to collect <br />other service charges. Unpaid charges, fines, <br />and penalties shall constitute a lien against <br />the individual user's property. Any <br />industrial user which disputes such <br />administrative penalty must file, within 10 <br />days of being notified of the penalty, a <br />request with the public works director for <br />reconsideration of the penalty. The public <br />works director shall schedule and hold a <br />hearing on the matter within 15 days of <br />receiving the request from the industrial <br />user. <br /> <br />Section 22. Paragraph l3.32.l50.C. of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code is amended to read (words to be deleted are stricken <br />through; words to be added appear in capital letters): <br /> <br />C. Criminal Penalties. No person shall dispose <br />of harmful wastes or wastewater or use the <br />City's sanitary sewers or POTW or cause the <br />same to be done contrary or in violation of <br />any provisions of this ordinance. Any person <br />violating any of the provisions of this <br />ordinance or any permit issued hereunder shall <br />be deemed guilty of a separate offense for <br />each and every day or portion thereof during <br />which any such violation shall be Dubject to <br />the pen~ltieD ~DDeDDed by the City and <br />~pproved by the City Council. PUNISHED BY A <br />FINE NOT EXCEEDING ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS PER <br />VIOLATION, OR BY IMPRISONMENT NOT EXCEEDING <br />NINETY DAYS PER VIOLATION, OR BY BOTH SUCH <br />FINE AND IMPRISONMENT. Such penalties shall <br />be in addition to any administrative remedies <br />or such other liabilities provided for in this <br />chapter. <br /> <br />Section 23. Paragraph 13.32.150.F. of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code is amended to read (words to be deleted are stricken <br />through; words to be added appear in capital letters): <br /> <br />F.
