<br />11-<8 <br /> <br />Note: <br /> <br />pH units shall remain bet~een 6.5 and 9.0 <br />ABOVE 6.0. <br /> <br />Section 19. The introductory paragraph of Section 13.32.125 <br />of the Louisville Municipal Code is amended to read (words to be <br />added appear in capital letters): <br /> <br />Any commercial or industrial user as defined <br />by this section discharging wastewater having any <br />average daily concentration of BOD that is greater <br />than three hundred milligrams per liter (300 mg/l) <br />or concentration of TSS greater than three hundred <br />milligrams per liter (300 mg/1) , shall be subject <br />to a surcharge rate. In addition to the surcharge <br />rate for the above pollutants there will be an <br />additional surcharge for excess oil & grease if the <br />average daily concentration is greater than 100 <br />milligrams per liter (100 mgj1). The surcharge <br />rate shall be paid in addition to the normal sewer <br />charge computed according to the provisions of <br />chapter 13.28. AT NO TIME SHALL THE DISCHARGE OF <br />ANY POLLUTANTS LISTED IN SECTION 13.32.120 RESULT <br />IN A VIOLATION OF ANY PROHIBITED DISCHARGE STANDARD <br />ESTABLISHED UNDER CHAPTER 13 OF THE LOUISVILLE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE. <br /> <br />Section 20. The introductory paragraph of Section 13.32.130 <br />of the Louisville Municipal Code is amended to read (words to be <br />deleted are stricken through; words to be added appear in capital <br />letters): <br /> <br />If any person violates any of the provisions <br />of this ordinance, or any of the terms and <br />conditions of any wastewater discharge permit, the <br />City OR THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR, AS THE CASE MAY <br />BE, is authorized to take one or more of the <br />following actions, as IT OR THE DIRECTOR DEEMS <br />deemed necessary and appropriate in the <br />circumstances: <br /> <br />Section 21. Section 13.32.130 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code is amended by the addition of a new paragraph A., with the <br />following paragraphs to be correspondingly relettered, to read: <br /> <br />A. Administrative Fines and/or Orders. Notwith- <br />standing any other section of this Chapter 13 <br />of the Louisville Municipal Code, any <br />industrial user who is found to have violated <br />any provision of this Chapter, or permits and <br />orders issued hereunder, and who has been <br />served a notification of violation, shall be <br />subject to an administrative penalty in an <br /> <br />8 <br />
