Louisville City Council Meeting <br />October 15, 2002 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />City Attomey Sam Light read Ordinance No. 1402, Series 2002. <br /> <br />MOTION: Levihn moved that Ordinance No. 1402, Series 2002 be sent out for <br />publication, and a public hearing date be set for November 6, 2002, seconded by Keany. <br />All in favor. <br /> <br />Davidson explained that the City is saving money by refinancing the golf course bonds at <br />a lower interest rate. <br /> <br />Simmons stated that at the second reading of the ordinance on November 6, 2002, <br />Council will be asked to approve agreements with James Capital Advisors and Sherman <br />& Howard for the closing of the bonds. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1403, SERIES 2002 - AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE <br />VACATION OF A PORTION OF A UTILITY EASEMENT WITHIN LOT 3, <br />CHRISTOPHER VILLAGE FOURTH FILING SUBDIVISION - 1st reading - set <br />public hearing 11/6/02 <br /> <br />Davidson called for City Attomey introduction. <br /> <br />City Attorney Light read Ordinance No. 1403, Series 2002. <br /> <br />Davidson called for Staff presentation. <br /> <br />MOTION: Mayer moved that Ordinance No. 1403, Series 2002 be sent out for <br />publication and a public hearing date be set for November 6, 2002, seconded by Keany. <br />All in favor. <br /> <br />Mayer stated that the Council communiqu6 made reference to requests for review and <br />comments from City departments and outside utility companies. He asked that those <br />comments be received prior to the public hearing. <br /> <br />PURSUANT TO SECTION 2.92.010 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE, <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AT ITS NOVEMBER 19, 2002 REGULAR <br />MEETING, THE LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL WILL MAKE A FINAL <br />DETERMINATION AS TO THE PURCHASE, FOR THE MUNICIPAL <br />FACILITY PURPOSES, OF A PARCEL OF LAND TOTALING 44,520 SQUARE <br />FEET MORE OR LESS DESCRIBED AS LOTS I THRU 6, BLOCK 4, PLAT OF <br />THE TOWN OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO.
