<br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS <br />NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Lathrop spoke of the reports on the good condition of the roads in Louisville compared to the rest <br />of the County. <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />DESIGNATION OF PUBLIC PLACE OR PLACES FOR POSTING NOTICES OF PUBLIC <br />MEETINGS - SENATE BILL 91-33 <br /> <br />Susan Griffiths, City Attorney, explained that in the past the location had been the glassed-in bulletin <br />board on the south wall in the entry to City Hall. <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council again designate the glassed-in bulletin board on the south wall in the entry <br />to City Hall. Seconded by Keany. All in favor. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION/DIRECTION - HOMART AGREEMENT OF COMPLIANCE <br /> <br />Ronda Kelley, Management Assistant, reviewed the changes that had been made. <br /> <br />Don Shonkwiler, Homart Development, 400 South McCaslin, Louisville, Colorado, asked that the <br />City delete on page 3, the 30 consecutive day average flow, as it sets out methodology for calculation <br />of the contribution. <br /> <br />Davidson called for Council questions. <br /> <br />Sisk asked where the 30 day consecutive average came from. <br /> <br />Tom Phare, Public Works Director stated that it came from the state. <br /> <br />Davidson asked if, throughout the rest of the agreement where it says Homart had completed various <br />items, had those items been completed. <br /> <br />Phare: <br /> <br />Yes. The exceptions that we had concerns about, to <br />our knowledge, are all listed. <br /> <br />Shonkwiler preferred that a time frame be put in by which he and Phare could come to an agreement <br />on methodology. <br /> <br />2 <br />
