<br />Davidson felt the Mayor and staff should approve the agreement. <br /> <br />Shonkwiler suggested that the agreement become effective in 45 days rather than 30 days or postpone <br />this until the next meeting, so language could be agreed to. <br /> <br />Davidson moved to table the Homart Agreement of Compliance until the January 16 meeting. <br />Seconded by Howard. All in favor. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.1, SERIES 1996 - FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN - BACHLffi II, <br />CTC <br /> <br />Sisk asked to be excused due to a conflict of interest. <br /> <br />Davidson excused Sisk. <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that this a Phase II expansion of 1500 Cherry Street. The <br />proposal is to construct a 20,686 s.f building, 20% office and 80% warehouse. The 26 parking <br />spaces included two handicap spaces. On the east elevation were three dock-high loading doors, as <br />well as a drive-up, overhead loading door on the south side. One 4'x8' monument sign was proposed. <br />On December 12, 1995, Planning Commission approved the request with six conditions. The <br />applicant had met all but one, which was forwarded in this resolution. <br /> <br />Davidson called for the applicant's presentation. <br /> <br />Bob Rosenthal, Garth Braun Associates, 954 Pearl Street, Boulder, Colorado 80302, architect, <br />reviewed the project. <br /> <br />Bryan Alu, Neon Glassworks (Div. ofZeon Corporation), one of the owners of the property for the <br />proposed project, was there to answer any questions. <br /> <br />Davidson called for Council questions. <br /> <br />Mayer asked about the ability to provide water. <br /> <br />Alu was aware of the water issue. <br /> <br />Howard wanted to see staff, the Fire Protection District, and the managers of CTC work out a <br />reasonable amount of pressure. <br /> <br />Lathrop asked where the second feed line would come in. <br /> <br />3 <br />
