<br />Golf Course Advisory Board <br />Special Meeting Minutes <br />1-27-2014 <br />Coal Creek Golf Course Clubhouse <br />6:30 PM <br />Call to Order – Chairperson Ken Gambon called the meeting to order at 6:30 <br />PM. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Board Members Present: Ken Gambon, Lisa Norgard, Tom Deany, Perry <br />Nelson, Heikke Nielsen, Dennis Maloney & Sandy Stewart <br />Board Members Absent: None <br />Senior Advisor to the Board Present: Ron Sackett <br />Council Member Absent: Jay Keany <br />Staff Members Present: Joe Stevens & Allan Gill <br />Public –Jeff Cordes & Jeff Mathews (LU), Chris and Anne Robbins, Ashley <br />Stolzmann, Jon Meng, Jeff Schuler, Frances Bosley, Mike Jones <br />Approval of Agenda – The agenda was unanimously approved. Lisa Norgard <br />proposed. Perry Nelson seconded. <br />Approval of Meeting Minutes – Minutes from the Special Meetings will be <br />reviewed and approved and the next regular meeting. <br />Item I – Working Session on Golf Course Remediation and Improvements- <br /> Joe Stevens advised that City Staff had work in hand to address drainage <br />issues affecting the adjacent homes on holes 3, 8, 11, 12 and 15. This will be <br />funded separately from the Golf Course work, potentially from the Storm <br />Water Utility fund.
