The Art Association will receive
$1800 . 00 for their fall show. This will be disbursed in two
increments . The library will receive $4950 for works of art in
three increments; 1/3 now, 1/3 in April 1990 and the final 1/3 in
the fall of 1990 . The Council will receive $750 for
/ 4, administrative start up costs .
No progress to report on the Council ' s 501c3 status .
Our citizen survey will be mailed out in the January 5th city
water bill . Centennial Printing will print the surveys and fold
' them for mailing. Debbie Bruhm at the city has agreed to pull
the surveys from the returned water bills . A drop site will be
set up at the Library also. John has agreed to construct a
container for the surveys returned to the Library. Mary will
retrieve these .
Chris Roberts from the Daily Camera will be doing an article on
our Arts and Humanities Council . This article is to run in the
"Close Up" section of the paper on Wednesday, December 27th.
Mary will write an article for the Louisville Times stating that
our survey will be included in the next water bill .
