i <br /> IILOUISVILLE ARTS AND HUMANITIES COUNCIL <br /> November 16, 1989 <br /> IPresent at meeting: Carolyn Markham,g y m, Jennifer Forrey, Mary <br /> O ' Brien, John Hansen and Nancy Westergaard. Guest: Steve <br /> IIBaysinger , Director of Community Services , City of Louisville. <br /> I . <br /> IICOUNCIL BUSINESS AND RESOLUTIONS <br /> II It was proposed and agreed on unanimously to mail the Arts and <br /> Humanities Council meeting minutes to the members of the <br /> Louisville City Council , Dave Stahl ' s office and Steve <br /> Baysinger ' s office . The minutes will be sent out prior to . the <br /> Inext meeting. <br /> A check in the amount of $250 . 00 was received from the city to <br /> bcover mailing costs on the A & H Council ' s citizen survey. <br /> Jennifer will open an account with the money on behalf of the A & <br /> H Council . <br /> ILast meeting it was decided that we would join the Colorado <br /> Consortium of Community Arts Councils . The fee will be $45. 00. <br /> Jennifer will send a check to them for our membership. Members <br /> I have access to technical assistance on planning of arts <br /> facilities . <br /> I It was decided that we will wait to join the Colorado Council of <br /> Arts and Humanities until after the first of the year ., <br /> Jennifer reported on a letter received from Dave Stahl regarding <br /> II our citizen survey. The letter stated that, with one minor <br /> change , the survey looked fine and we could proceed with the <br /> mailing. It also stated that the city would mail our A & H <br /> I Council meeting minutes and any other pertinent information to <br /> city council members . Nancy will be responsible for taking the <br /> minutes to Pam Ferris at City Hall for mailing. <br /> IIA few more changes were suggested for the citizen survey. Mary <br /> will make these changes and get the survey to Nancy who will <br /> include it with the minutes to be mailed out to Council members. <br /> IIIt was proposed and unanimously approved that we would wait and <br /> r.IP . . <br /> 1 - <br /> 1 <br /> 1� <br />
