1 <br /> It was suggested that Roberts Rules of order on meeting conduc: <br /> Pe obtained and utilized during formal meetings. ';-=, was <br /> ' made and seconded to use this format. It will oe the <br /> Ohairperson' s discretion as to whether meetings will be conducted <br /> on a formal or informal basis. <br /> Mary O' Brien volunteered to record meeting minutes for • the <br /> November meetinc as we are without a formal secretary. Tne <br /> secretarial duties will rotate until someone is a000inted. <br /> ' John is interested in applying for the Colorado Visions Grant as <br /> an Individual and will • be investigating an.. restrictions <br /> .regarding the council sponsoring him. <br /> Mary will be working on building scheduling for ?C. <br /> The Children_' Art Show was discussed. A date of December- btr <br /> 4as set for the• show. The Art Association • as committed to <br /> assisting with the show. John will be coordinat_r.g efforts id- <br /> :he show. Mary will type an informational letter for John to <br /> distribute to teachers and students. It wao decided that pre-cut <br /> mattes would be given to the teachers. <br /> Peter did an excellent job geting the council stationary done. <br /> Paper and envelopes will be available in the office .- <br /> Carolyn will be speaking with Karen Wambolt at the Recre_t.c' <br /> enter to determine if they will pay to have the piano tuned. <br /> LAHC will choose the technician. <br /> ' Mary will be serving refreshments at the Piano Recital . Funds <br /> were approved for this purpose. <br /> ' The Historical Commission has taken the trophies that were in • _he <br /> building. Carolyn will be checking with their group to see if <br /> they wish to take the trophy case. A letter will be written to <br /> them thanking them for taking the trophies. <br /> The budget for the remainder of the year was discussed.
