o' <br /> 4c.14 <br /> .1 <br /> • r ,�y I ` <br /> Louisville Arts and Humanities <br /> Regular monthly Meeting <br /> September 17, 1992, 7:30 p.m. <br /> Louisville Center for the Arts <br /> Minutes <br /> Call to order <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:35 p.m., by Anita Gandy, President. <br /> Members present were: Anita Gandy, Pat Howard, Peter Stewart, <br /> Carolyn Markham, Wanda Tierney, John Hansen and Marilyn Rest. No <br /> guests were present. <br /> Approval of minutes <br /> The minutes of the July 16th meeting were read and approved as <br /> amended. <br /> The minutes of the August 20th minutes were read and approved as <br /> 9 PP <br /> amended. <br /> Reports: <br /> President's report: Anita Gandy reported that the updated member <br /> list was sent to CCCAC and CCA. <br /> Vice-president's report: Pat Howard announced that the Neodata • <br /> Grant was submitted. There will be an effort to get local film makers <br /> involved. The board was reminded of the retreat from 10-5 on <br /> September 27th at the Recreation Center (Garibaldi room). <br /> The proposed agenda for the retreat was read. <br /> Secretary's report: Carolyn Markham advised that the forms sent to <br /> the SCFD were lost at the SCFD office. Carolyn Markham will re-prepare <br /> the Operating Support Form, Carolyn Markham and John Hansen will <br /> re-prepare the the Art in the Recreation Center Form, John Hansen will <br /> re-prepare the Music in the Park Form, and Peter Stewart will check with <br /> the CCCT. Carolyn reminded all that the SCFD forms must be used and <br /> 410 all resubmitted ASAP. <br />
