Lighting: Anita Gandy motioned that John Hansen and Scott Calder <br /> • purchase the lighting equipment for the building. The motion was 2nd by <br /> Wanda Marie Tierney and unanimously approved. <br /> Announcements <br /> Committee protocol: Anita Gandy reminded the board that, as per the ethics <br /> code, all committee meetings of 3 or more members must be posted and take <br /> place in a public place if board business is discussed or decisions made. <br /> Building request and scheduling protocol: Anita Gandy advised the <br /> board of the scheduling protocol which she will present in written form to each <br /> member at the November meeting. Jillian from Parks and Recreation will refer <br /> Building Request applicants to the board on a rotating basis. <br /> Arts Governing Council: The board was reminded that there will be a <br /> meeting at 5:45 p.m. Wednesday October 21 before the meeting with the Arts <br /> Governing Council at 6:30. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 10:27 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitte• <br /> ari R-st, Secretary <br /> • Page 4 <br />
