Mayer asked that Planning Commission consider the impact of this. He asked what the plan for
South 80th Street would be for the City. He preferred that it not have to be maintained by the City.

Morris stated that that is still County, it had not been annexed.

Mayer wanted staff to work out with the Planning Commission as to what would happen with the
Louisville Lateral piping. He was concerned with the overflow parking. If the big building on the
east side of the property were down around 20', he did not feel the overflow would be required. He
did not like the crossing of the bike path. Mayer preferred that the building go with the existing
zoning with a modest buffer along South Boulder Road.

Morris explained that the overflow parking was additional to what was already in their plan to make
the subdivision work on a 65/35. At this point it did not even need to be used. It was meant as a
potential overflow.

Sisk was concerned about where the elevators in the two-story buildings would be housed. He asked
that staff look at an off-the-road RTD bus stop, so traffic would not be backed up. He wanted
Planning Commission to look at setbacks and how they will relate to the Hillsborough Subdivision.
He wanted it to be clear about where the 30' would be measured from.

Lathrop liked the proposal.

Levihn did not like where the overflow parking was and hoped it could be taken out of the project.

Keany stated that the outlot located on the east side of the corner of McCaslin and South Boulder
Road should have generous landscaping rather than xeriscaping, since it is the entrance to Louisville.

Sisk moved that Council refer the preliminary PUD Development Plan for Louisview Corporation
to the Planning Commission with comments. Seconded by Lathrop. All in favor with Howard being
absent.

APPROVAL OF PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES CONTRACT - 88TH
STREET EXTENSION AND WATER LINE

Tom Phare, Public Works Director, stated that the effort for 1996 involved the water line design and
construction. It was determined that the design for roadway itself will have to be undertaken in order
to pin down critical items such as other utility locations, future drainage facilities, etc. This effort
related to final design for the water line and a preliminary design which will go 85% - 90% toward
final design of the roadway itself. The roadway construction is scheduled for 1997.

Davidson called for Council comments or questions

5
