All in favor with Howard being absent. <br /> <br />AUTHORIZATION TO RESCHEDULE MARCH 5TH COUNCIL MEETING (ELECTION <br />DAY) TO MARCH 7TH - 7:00 P.M. <br /> <br />Mayer stated that the Consortium of Cities meets the first Wednesday of the month and he asked that <br />the Council meeting be changed. <br /> <br />Davidson moved to change the time of the Tuesday, March 5, Council meeting to 8:00 p.m. <br />Seconded by Sisk. All in favor. <br /> <br />Mayer wanted the City Administrator to look into changing the precinct polling place to the Library. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF BID AWARD - RECREATION CENTER PARKING LOT LIGHTING <br /> <br />Sisk was in favor of the lighting being added, but he wanted it taken into consideration the additional <br />lighting that a fifth pole would create for the neighbors. He left it to staffs discretion. <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council award the bid not to exceed $11,216.00. Seconded by Keany. Roll call was <br />taken. Motion passed by a 6 - 0 vote with Howard being absent. <br /> <br />OTHER REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS ARISING AFTER PREPARATION OF AGENDA <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator, stated that two new reports will now be appearing in the monthly <br />City Administrator's Report, the Capital Improvements Progress Report and a Planning Commission <br />chart of applications under consideration and developments in progress. He announced that the next <br />Work Session would be from 6 to 8:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers with the Planning Commission <br />and at 8:00 p.m. Council will then move to the Library for a meeting with the Housing Authority. <br />At the March 26 Work Session, Council will be meeting with the Louisville Fire Protection District. <br />The R TD had been sent correspondence to ask if they could set aside time to meet with Council.
