Staff is
recommending approval of this Preliminary PUD with conditions as modified.

Applicant Presentation:

Bob Stass, Architect with TSP representing the owner of the project. Mr. Stass stated that in
reference to the Staff comments they are in agreement and intend to comply with the
requirements. They are concerned with amount of parking that is identified, they have already
reduced the parking down from 37 stalls to 28. The reason that the owner would like to have as
many parking stalls as they now have, which is the 28, is that there are peak times when there as
many as 12 to 15 employees that would park. People drop off their vehicles and then go shopping
which could take up to an hour. There is not a turnover of parking spaces when people leave
their vehicles to go shopping.

11
