the Planning Commission is sensitive to issues of neighborhood development. th Tom Bennett, 12976 South 104 Street, Louisville, CO requested information about the IDDSG, specifically how long it had been in effect. Wood replied that it was adopted in January 1999. Burns requested to respond to comments made by the audience. Lipton granted permission. Burns stated that there had been meeting with Mr. O’Connor regarding the issues addressed in his letter. Burns reassured Self that a buffer would be designed into the site plan for Lots 1 and 2. Burns also stated that they have had numerous correspondences to Mr. Bennett and to his attorney. Staff Summary and Recommendation: Staff reported they are requesting approval of Resolution No. 3, Series 2003 with seven conditions with the following changes: 1) insert ‘be’ in the first line between the words shall completed 2) in 7.b. change 15’ to 25’ and the word sidewalk to landscape. Staff reported they are requesting approval of Resolution No. 4, Series 2003 as written. Applicant Summary: Applicant had no additional comments. Public Hearing Closed Commission Comments: Lipton closed the public hearing and requested Commission comments. McDermott questions why condition #1 is necessary. Wood replied that it serves as a disclosure statement. Pritchard expressed concerns about the future of the CTC Boulevard connection as well as the number of conditions that need to be addressed by the applicant before the project is taken to City Council. McAvinew had no comments at this time. Lipton supports the project and acknowledged that the majority of the conditions are a housekeeping matter. Robson supports the project and is comfortable with the number of conditions. He appreciates how staff has considered the potential traffic issues as it relates to build out. 8
