<br />the Planning Commission is sensitive to issues of neighborhood development. <br /> <br />th <br />Tom Bennett, 12976 South 104 Street, Louisville, CO requested information about the IDDSG, <br />specifically how long it had been in effect. <br />Wood replied that it was adopted in January 1999. <br /> <br />Burns requested to respond to comments made by the audience. Lipton granted permission. <br /> <br />Burns stated that there had been meeting with Mr. O’Connor regarding the issues addressed in his <br />letter. <br /> <br />Burns reassured Self that a buffer would be designed into the site plan for Lots 1 and 2. <br /> <br />Burns also stated that they have had numerous correspondences to Mr. Bennett and to his <br />attorney. <br /> <br />Staff Summary and Recommendation: <br />Staff reported they are requesting approval of Resolution No. 3, Series 2003 with seven <br />conditions with the following changes: <br />1) insert ‘be’ in the first line between the words shall completed <br />2) in 7.b. change 15’ to 25’ and the word sidewalk to landscape. <br /> <br />Staff reported they are requesting approval of Resolution No. 4, Series 2003 as written. <br /> <br />Applicant Summary: <br />Applicant had no additional comments. <br /> <br />Public Hearing Closed Commission Comments: <br />Lipton closed the public hearing and requested Commission comments. <br /> <br />McDermott questions why condition #1 is necessary. Wood replied that it serves as a disclosure <br />statement. <br /> <br />Pritchard expressed concerns about the future of the CTC Boulevard connection as well as the <br />number of conditions that need to be addressed by the applicant before the project is taken to City <br />Council. <br /> <br />McAvinew had no comments at this time. <br /> <br />Lipton supports the project and acknowledged that the majority of the conditions are a <br />housekeeping matter. <br /> <br />Robson supports the project and is comfortable with the number of conditions. He appreciates <br />how staff has considered the potential traffic issues as it relates to build out. <br /> <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />
