Case #03-006-FP. (Applicant requests withdrawal.) <br /> <br /> <br />Case Manager: Jeffery Martell, Planner II <br /> <br /> <br />Applicant: Washington Mutual Bank <br /> <br />Lipton briefly described the case, Washington Mutual Bank remote drive-up ATM, and the <br />request to withdraw the case from Public Hearing. He reminded the Commission that no action <br />is required since the applicant is requesting withdrawal. Lipton stated, “Case is withdrawn.” <br /> <br />6B. Regular Business – Public Hearing Items <br /> <br /> <br />Lipton reviewed for the audience the process that will be followed for the Public Hearing. Lipton <br />stated that the staff would provide a report of facts and issue, followed by a similar presentation <br />by the applicant. He stated that during the Public Comment section each person would be limited <br />to three minutes. He also reminded Staff and the Applicant that the Commission does not start a <br />new item of discussion after 10:00 PM. Therefore, if the public hearing is still taking testimony <br />and the Commission has not formally closed the hearing for action, then he will ask for a motion <br />from the Commission to continue the item to a specific date and time. <br /> <br />Lipton reviewed the three StorageTek Site Redevelopment applications. <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 19, Series 2003, StorageTek Site Redevelopment, <br />a request to amend <br />various policies for the Southwest Quadrant of the Land Use Section of the City of <br />Louisville 1998 South Subarea Comprehensive Plan, One StorageTek Dr., approximately <br />th <br />400 acres at the NW corner of US 36 and StorageTek Dr./96 St. Case #03-014-CP. <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 20, Series 2003 (zoning) and Resolution No. 21, Series 2003 <br /> <br />(rezoning), StorageTek Site Redevelopment, <br />a request to rezone approximately 310 <br />acres from the current zoning designation of Industrial (I) and zone 80 additional acres <br />proposed for annexation to Planned Community Zone District (PCZD) to accommodate a <br />variety of mixed uses, including office, retail/commercial, research and development, <br />single and multi-family residential and open space, One StorageTek Dr., approximately <br />th <br />390 acres at the NW corner of US 36 and StorageTek Dr./96 St. Case #03-016-ZN and <br />#03-015-AX/ZN. <br /> <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />
