Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />AUGUST 11, 2005 <br />Page 7 of 15 <br /> <br />Deborski stated that the applicant needs to work with staff to determine what needs to be <br />done for compliance. <br />McAvinew suggested that a time limit needs to be added for addressing the compliance. <br />Fordyce reviewed the problem he encounters with vehicles being left without <br />notification, especially over weekends when vehicles are towed and left at the sight. <br />Lipton moved to continue Resolution No. 18, Series 2005, 1990 Crystal Estates Replat <br />‘A’ Planned Unit Development (PUD) and Special Review Use (SRU) recall to the <br />November 10, 2005 public hearing.
