McAvinew suggested that a time limit needs to be added for addressing the compliance. Fordyce reviewed the problem he encounters with vehicles being left without notification, especially over weekends when vehicles are towed and left at the sight. Lipton moved to continue Resolution No. 18, Series 2005, 1990 Crystal Estates Replat ‘A’ Planned Unit Development (PUD) and Special Review Use (SRU) recall to the November 10, 2005 public hearing.
