Approval of the Bills <br />B. Approval of Minutes — September 2, 2014 <br />C. Approve October 14, 2014 as a Special Meeting for Discussion of the 2015 <br />Budget <br />D. Authorize Execution of Engagement Letter for Auditing Services with Eide <br />Bailly, LLC <br />E. Award Contract with Earth Services & Abatement for Cottonwood Park <br />Abatement and Demotion <br />MOTION: Mayor Muckle moved to approve the Consent Agenda, seconded by Council <br />member Stolzmann. All were in favor. <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Council member Stolzmann reminded Council and the public beginning tomorrow, <br />Wednesday, September 17, the City will celebrate Constitution Week. She encouraged <br />the public to read the constitution and celebrate the activities planned by the Library. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Fleming reported South Boulder Road is not quite finished. The final <br />layer of pavement will be laid the week of the 15th. Alternate routes were suggested. <br />The repaving on South Boulder should be completed by September 22, weather <br />permitting. He gave advance warning; the Police Department will begin enforcing the <br />parking time limits downtown. Beginning October 1St, Code Enforcement Division will be <br />monitoring the downtown parking more closely. He noted the Louisville Photography <br />Contest deadline is Friday, September 26, 2014. <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />RESOLUTION No. 51, SERIES, 2014 — A RESOLUTION APPROVING A BUSINESS <br />ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT WITH WWF OPERATING COMPANY FOR AN <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROJECT IN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />Mayor Muckle requested a staff presentation. <br />Economic Development Director DeJong explained before the City Council is a <br />Business Assistance Package for WWF Operating Company, a division of WhiteWave <br />Foods. WhiteWave is a consumer food and beverage company currently located in <br />
