All were in favor. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />Lee Berg, 2472 Franklin Avenue, Louisville, CO thanked the Mayor and City Council for <br />the South Boulder Road Small Area Plan meeting scheduled for tomorrow. All were in favor. <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />No items to report. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Fleming reported on the following: The South Boulder Road paving is <br />now finished. The first South Boulder Road Small Area Plan meeting is Wednesday, <br />October 8th, in the Council Chambers. The Ward III meeting is Monday, October 13th at <br />the Coal Creek Ranch HOA Clubhouse and the Ward I Meeting is Thursday, October <br />23`d at the Alfalfa's Community Room. Those meetings are from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. The <br />two hour parking zones in the Downtown area are being enforced. <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />
