The first, second and third prizes in every <br />category were selected first and then the Judges decided on the Grand Prize out of the <br />other prizes awarded. <br />RESOLUTION No. 64, SERIES 2014 — A RESOLUTION CONCERNING <br />THE GOLF COURSE ADVISORY BOARD AND THE MASTER PLAN <br />FOR THE COAL CREEK GOLF COURSE <br />Mayor Muckle requested a staff presentation. <br />Parks and Recreation Director Stevens encouraged the photographers to take pictures <br />of the golf course next spring when the course reopens. He noted they will need <br />pictures for the website and for marketing. <br />Parks and Recreation Director Stevens explained Resolution No. 64, Series 2014 is an <br />update of a resolution adopted in 2010 and approved an agreement with Western Golf <br />Properties.
