Cityof <br />SIN Louisville <br />PARKS & RECREATION <br />Memorandum <br />To: Troy Russ, Director of Planning and Building Safety <br />From: Allan Gill, RLA, Park's Project Manager <br />Date: September 18, 2014 <br />Re: Public Service CO of Colorado 12" Natural Gas Pipeline <br />The Parks & Recreation Department has reviewed the Public Service Company of Colorado submittal <br />with letter from Cheryl Diedrich dated August 12, 2014 and has the following comments. <br />1. For construction on City owned parcels of land outside of the Colorado Highway 42 / 95th <br />Street right -of -way please provide: <br />a. Project schedule highlighting when construction activities will take place. <br />b. Provide proof of easement. <br />c. Provide a Vegetation Restoration Plan documenting how vegetation disturbed by <br />construction activities will be reestablished. <br />d. Coordinate with the Parks and Recreation Department for Access Permits. <br />2. Contact the City of Louisville's Flood Plain Manager regarding requirements for construction <br />within the floodplain at Coal Creek <br />3. Contact Urban Drainage and Flood Control District for their recommendations regarding the <br />utility crossing at Coal Creek. <br />
