Approve Resolution No. 67. Series 2014 — A Resolution Allowing a 3 -Year <br />Time Extension to an Approved Planned Unit Development for 1960 Cherry <br />Street, Lot 1 of CTC Filing No. 4 <br />F. Proclamation: Childhood Cancer Awareness Week <br />G. Award Custodial Service Contract to ISS Facility Services <br />Council member Stolzmann requested Consent Agenda Item E — Resolution No. 66, <br />Series 2014 — be removed from the Consent Agenda. Mayor Muckle moved Consent <br />Agent item E to the Regular Business Agenda as Item F. <br />MOTION: Mayor Muckle moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as amended, <br />seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Dalton. All were in favor. <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Mayor Muckle reminded the public Election Day is November 4th and mail ballots are <br />due back to the County by 7:00 p.m. tomorrow evening. <br />No items to report. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />RESOLUTION No. 68, SERIES 2014 — A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) PLAN AND PLAT TO DEVELOP VACANT <br />LAND WITH 6 SINGLE FAMILY LOTS, AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF <br />HUTCHINSON STREET AND ROOSEVELT AVENUE <br />Council member Loo reported as Council liaison for Horticulture & Forestry Advisory <br />Board (HFAB), she had reviewed this proposal in September. She felt she could make <br />a fair and impartial decision on the proposal. City Attorney Light asked the applicant if <br />he had any objection to Council member Loo voting on this matter. The applicant, Reid <br />Phillips, had no objection. <br />Mayor Muckle requested a staff presentation. <br />
