LCityt)r <br />Louisville <br />1'0I L)RAI)O • NINC'F 187s <br />City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Tuesday, December 2, 2014 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />7:00 PM <br />Call to Order — Mayor Muckle called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />City Council: <br />Staff Present: <br />Mayor Robert Muckle, Mayor Pro Tem Hank Dalton <br />Council members: Chris Leh, Ashley Stolzmann, <br />Jeff Lipton, Jay Keany and Susan Loo <br />Malcolm Fleming, City Manager <br />Heather Balser, Deputy City Manager <br />Kevin Watson, Finance Director <br />Joe Stevens, Parks & Recreation Director <br />Meredyth Muth, Public Relations Manager <br />Nancy Varra, City Clerk <br />Others Present: Sam Light, City Attorney <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />The pledge of allegiance was led by Mrs. Courson's First Grade class from the Coal <br />Creek Elementary School. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mayor Muckle called for changes to the agenda and hearing none, moved to approve <br />the agenda as published, seconded by Council member Keany. All were in favor. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />Douglas Harper, Owner of Union Jack Liquor, 1160 South Boulder Road, Louisville, CO <br />requested Council enact a law, which prohibits vehicles from cutting through private <br />property to avoid a traffic signal. He stated Louisville is the only Colorado municipality <br />which does not have this law.
