Davidson called for the applicant's presentation.

Larry Lynch, 7923 Grassmere Drive, Boulder, Colorado, reviewed the revisions to the Plat and PUD.
Davidson opened the public hearing calling for anyone wishing to speak on Ordinance No. 1176.
NONE

Davidson closed the public hearing and called for Council comments and questions.

Mayer was concerned about the screening of the property, particularly on the west side.

Lathrop liked the screening on the east side and the lap siding. He asked staff what the need was for
West Street, east of East Street and what it would be used for.

Wood did not anticipate that it would be used at all, unless it was a formal linkage to the 96th Street
by-pass.

Howard liked the increased number of carnivorous trees.

Sisk wanted more discreet signage for the largest sign, with the possibility of the sign being shut off
at 9 or 10 p.m. in the evening.

Lynch was willing to minimize the amount of time that sign was on at night.

Sisk also wanted a few trees planted on the west side by 96th Street.

Davidson wanted language added that the vacation of East Street should be subject to approval of
the PUD.

Mayer felt the area to the west, on the south side of the building, was still inadequate. He felt the city
should require that the applicant provide half of the cost of improving West Street, east of East
Street.

Lathrop moved that Council adopt Ordinance No. 1176, Series 1994, on second and final reading
provided that the In Keeper PUD is approved. Seconded by Keany. Roll call was taken. Motion
passed by a 7 - 0 vote.

RESOLUTION NO. 2, SERIES 1995 FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT AND PUD
DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE 1N KEEPER SUBDIVISION - TABLED FROM 2/7/95

Davidson called for Council comments, questions, or motions.

4
