Howard moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1183, Series 1995, consenting to inclusion in <br />the NCWCD at first reading, set out for publication, and set a public hearing for March 21, 1995. <br />Seconded by Sisk. All in favor. <br /> <br />Mayer pointed out that this does increase the mill levy one mill.
