THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />MAY 17, 1990 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The City Council of the (:ity of Louisville met in Special Session <br />in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. <br />Mayor Herman Fauson called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and <br />the following persons wei:e present: <br />Council Members: <br />Staff Present: <br />Also Present: <br />Absent: <br />APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />None <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />Margaret Hornbostel, Tom Davidson, <br />Marie Szymanski. <br />Sharon Asti-Caranci, Acting City <br />Administrator <br />Donna Cummings, City Clerk <br />Pat Williams, City Attorney <br />Kevin Howard, John Sackett, Randy <br />Carnival. <br />Mayor Fauson moved <br />seconded to approve <br />presented. All in <br />passed. <br />and Davidson <br />the agenda as <br />favor. Motion <br />PUBLIC HEARING - NEW LIQLrOR LICENSE - COAL CREEK GOLF COURSE <br />Williams stated the application has been received and appears to <br />be in order and in compliance with the law. Shayne Madsen <br />attorney for the Golf Course is present and will give a brief <br />presentation. <br />Mayor Fauson opened the public hearing <br />Shayne Madsen, attorney for the Coal Creek Golf Course, stated <br />the included in the packet is a request that council Consider an <br />assignment agreement of: tree personnel service management <br />agreement that you previous had with RSL. Because of certain <br />restrictions under the Colorado Liquor Code and the need to keep <br />the operation of the food. and beverage segment of the golf course <br />separate, RSL through its general partner had elected to form a <br />new Colorado Corporation, Coal Creek Golf Course Inc., to operate <br />the food and beverage operation and to hold the liquor license. <br />I would ask that Council consider first the assignment agreement <br />because you are assuming at that point it has been executed.
