CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br />NONE <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />Davidson stated from the Consortium of Cities, the Boulder City <br />Representative has expressed an interest to meet with Consortium <br />of Cities members from Louisville t~ discuss their plans for what <br />the Boulder city calls area three, which is the area that abuts <br />Louisville. fihey are az~ranging a meeting for May 23. <br />Williams stated that with. talking to Mr. Cope and his hourly fees <br />for city water attorney die had indicated he would be willing to <br />look at that and adjust that to see if his hourly fee could be <br />brought down to where Council would consider him for the <br />permanent position of water attorney. <br />Davidson asked if advertising for request for proposal need to be <br />done for the permanent water attorney? Does Council need to <br />authorize that? <br />Asti-Caranci stated that staff needs authorization to proceed <br />with the request for proposal. <br />Davidson moved to authorize staff to move forward with the <br />request for proposal for water attorney, seconded by Hornbostel. <br />Motion passed. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />With no further business Mayor Fauson moved to adjourn, seconded <br />by Davidson. Meeting was. adjourned. <br />
