Motion passed 7-0. <br />UPDATE - RECREATION CENTER PROGRESS <br />Baysinger presented a video of the <br />progress of the recreation center. <br />The pool will be open June 25th for <br />swimming lessons. We are currently <br />taking registration at the center. <br />Our phones are connected so we can <br />receive calls. Photo ID's will <br />begin this weekend. June 24th the <br />Louisville Parks and Recreation <br />facility will be hosting the <br />Facility Design School. We are at <br />this point recommending to you a <br />June 30th grand opening and then <br />using the month of July as a grand <br />opening month for events and <br />activities. I would also like <br />council to let me know who they <br />would like to invite to the grand <br />apening. <br />Howard asked Baysinger if something <br />could be done about the street <br />being cleaned up. <br />Howard asked when the breakfast for <br />the seniors would take place. <br />Asti-Caranci stated it is scheduled <br />far July 14th. <br />Baysinger also stated that the golf <br />course is taking tee times from <br />6:00 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. everyday. <br />Over 1,943 rounds were played in <br />the first week of play. We are at <br />least 5~ above our projections at <br />this point.
