Asti-Caranci: Colorado Budget Law requires that the Ordi- <br />nance be adopted at a public hearing after <br />publication of the proposed Ordinance by a <br />majority vote of City Council. Ordinance No. <br />1032 will amend the 1990 budget for the <br />following reasons: 1) unanticipated revenues <br />not assured at the time of budget adoption, <br />2) to appropriate funds for additional au- <br />thorized 1990 projects, 3) expenditures for <br />1989 projects that carried over into 1990 and <br />4) 1990 expenditures that are exceeding the <br />budget appropriation. Finance committee did <br />review the amendments and are recommending <br />that Council approve the amendments. <br />Mayor Fauson for public comments. NONE <br />Mayor Fauson closed the public hearing and called for a motion. <br />Carnival moved to adopt Ordinance No. 1032, Series 1990, seconded <br />by Szymanski. By Roll Call Vote, Ordinance No. 1032, Series 1990 <br />was adopted 7-0. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 29, SERIES 1990 - AMENDMENT TO FINAL PUD <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN - COAL CREEK RANCH FILING NO. 1 <br />Griffiths read by title only, Resolution No. <br />29, "A Resolution approving an amendment to <br />the final PUD and development plan for Coal <br />Creek Ranch." <br />Franklin: Council postponed action on this item and <br />requested a list of specific lots and Coun- <br />cilman Sackett's opinion as a homeowner <br />abutting the course. Coal Creek Associates <br />has submitted a response to the Council <br />concerns. <br />Mayor Fauson asked for public comments. NONE <br />Davidson: Still did not feel comfortable about a blan- <br />ket change to the setback. <br />Mayor Fauson called for a motion. <br />Mayor Fauson moved to adopt Resolution No. 29, Series 1990, <br />seconded by Carnival. <br />Sackett moved to amend the motion to drop area "D" from <br />Resolution No. 29, seconded by Howard. <br />By Roll Call Vote Motion Passed 5-2 with Davidson and Hornbostel <br />voting no. <br />
