Asti-Caranci: Colorado Budget Law requires that the Ordi- nance be adopted at a public hearing after publication of the proposed Ordinance by a majority vote of City Council. Ordinance No. 1032 will amend the 1990 budget for the following reasons: 1) unanticipated revenues not assured at the time of budget adoption, 2) to appropriate funds for additional au- thorized 1990 projects, 3) expenditures for 1989 projects that carried over into 1990 and 4) 1990 expenditures that are exceeding the budget appropriation. Finance committee did review the amendments and are recommending that Council approve the amendments. Mayor Fauson for public comments. NONE Mayor Fauson closed the public hearing and called for a motion. Carnival moved to adopt Ordinance No. 1032, Series 1990, seconded by Szymanski. By Roll Call Vote, Ordinance No. 1032, Series 1990 was adopted 7-0. RESOLUTION NO. 29, SERIES 1990 - AMENDMENT TO FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN - COAL CREEK RANCH FILING NO. 1 Griffiths read by title only, Resolution No. 29, "A Resolution approving an amendment to the final PUD and development plan for Coal Creek Ranch." Franklin: Council postponed action on this item and requested a list of specific lots and Coun- cilman Sackett's opinion as a homeowner abutting the course. Coal Creek Associates has submitted a response to the Council concerns. Mayor Fauson asked for public comments. NONE Davidson: Still did not feel comfortable about a blan- ket change to the setback. Mayor Fauson called for a motion. Mayor Fauson moved to adopt Resolution No. 29, Series 1990, seconded by Carnival. Sackett moved to amend the motion to drop area "D" from Resolution No. 29, seconded by Howard. By Roll Call Vote Motion Passed 5-2 with Davidson and Hornbostel voting no.
